My name is Alexey, I am 20 years old, and sometimes I get inspired to make my own horror games. I mainly rely on cult games like Cry of Fear, the Silent Hill series, a little bit from the little-known game Project Crypt and the beautiful views of my own city. In my games, I try to convey the atmosphere of loneliness, misunderstanding of what is happening with subsequent theories, as well as the atmosphere of a small Russian town in the evening or at night.
If anything, The Black Door is more like my warm-up first game, where I was just trying to learn Unity, so it should not be taken seriously, but in it I already outlined a certain visual style that I want to stick to in the future.
If we talk about my newly released game Way Home, everything is more serious here regarding the gameplay and visuals, and at least there is a plot =). It will still be improved and updated a lot, changing or adding new content, updates will most likely be released in the summer, because at other times of the year I need to study and don’t have much time for the game, considering that I will soon be writing my thesis.
